The rule of thumb is that if you purchased your license from a 3rd party at a price that is too good to be true - it is - Microsoft is not in the business of effectively giving their software away. Also, if this involves a "Pro Plus" version of Office, that is also not a legitimate license for retail purchases - it's only available to volume license customers.
