Created restore point when all was working and a lot of my apps stopped working. Undid restore point and the apps still not working.
Was able to restore some apps, can't fix Microsoft Office. Have tried the links you posted to me, and they all came up "Page not found" Nothing seems to be going my way, in fact things have gone from bad to worse. The mouse still not working. Should I try a computer reset. Every time I need to change batteries in my mouse, it stops working. I have tried every trick in the book from support sites, but to no avail. The problem sometimes will fix itself, but this may take several days.
